  Ordered a meal and asked for honey mustard, got to the window and received my food and they gave me no honey mustard and a bag full of catch up, I went back around to get my sauce and they are telling me for 2 honey mustards they are going to charge me, I have never been charged for honey mustard at this location in my life of coming here and will not be back, wasted my time and without the sauce the food is dry get better sonic

  Found a bug in my drink, I’m usually very understanding of this but since it had to have been obvious something was in there, I would hope someone would take it out. Not sure if it was in the ice machine or cup, I’m extremely disgusted.

  I ordered a cookie dough blast. The cup had remnants of other ice cream specifically strawberries throughout my whole ice cream. It was all over the top of the dessert as well. Meaning the machine was not properly cleaned in between use. The worker assured me it wasn’t in the dessert but it indeed was. They tried to cover it with extra whip cream. I won’t be back.

  I had a mobile order to pick up. I drove up to the drive-through window and was ignored by everyone who walked past the window. Mind you, they looked directly at me!
