I’m not really sure why it was such a big deal on how I prefer MY drink that I paid for but associate who answered the stall kept questioning me when I was very clear that I just wanted the sweet cream added in my drink that I paid for. Even made the comment “sweet cream in a slush” Yes, thats my preference and what I paid for. Even proceeded to come out to my car and ask again if I meant the cold foam (whatever they use in milkshakes) I said NO sweet cream. They still proceeded to put the foam in my drink after I said no….
