Used to go here once every week but not anymore, ordered in stall 24 and paid in the stall, person brought out the food and said it didn't go through and went and got the credit card machine and charged us more than the first bill we paid in the stall, got home and both credit cards had been charged, tried to remedy by phone and then in person the next day to no avail was asked if we wanted to come back the next morning to speak with the manager, have wasted enough time will not go back, have called the credit card company to cancel the charge on one of the cards.

It’s a standard sonic, but the problem w this one is the online app ordering is always closed so you can’t get the deals, get points or use points or anything. Super annoying. I try go to other locations when possible
