That says a ton. Let’s see. First, they completely ignored my combo order for a burger and fries, and made my side item large mozzarella sticks which I had originally ordered for my wife. On top of that, I was charged for marinara sauce that *we didn’t even get* lol. Burger was rancid, tasted like old meat (I may call health inspector to be honest). The tea I ordered was just a cup full of ice and maybe like a few sips worth of tea. The ice was so packed to the brim, I couldn’t even properly insert my straw. On top of everything else, the carhop, Joshua, was incredibly rude. Will not be returning, and I try to give places a second chance. With hate, Satsvko. [UPDATE FROM THE RESTROOM: It has been 45 minutes since I wrote this review and I am now on the toilet with food poisoning. I also failed to mention that the burger had an almost rubbery texture to it. This location needs an FDA inspection.

We pressed the button to tell them that we were missing an item and the lady was extremely rude, not listening, and just said 'okay' when we explained what happened and then turned off the mic. We were from out of town trying to get home so we just put in another order and asked for the missing item when that person came outside, that person was nice and apologized but they knew that they had messed up the order and it took us ordering again to fix it the problem ourselves basically.
