  Had a wonderful brunch at RH Dallas Gallery at NorthPark Center while in town on a business trip, and it exceeded expectations. The space itself is beautifully designed. The atmosphere is elegant, bright, and incredibly inviting, making it a perfect setting for both team gatherings and casual meetings. The brunch was absolutely delicious. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. From the fresh ingredients to the quality of the food and drinks, you can tell they focus on excellence in every detail. The service was also fantastic — attentive, friendly, and professional without feeling rushed. It was the perfect place to relax, connect with our team, and enjoy a great meal in a gorgeous setting. Whether you’re visiting Dallas for work, meeting clients, or just looking for a unique dining experience, this is a must-visit spot. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

  The restaurant is gorgeous, the food was regular but not bad, I ordered the salmon which was a 7 out of ten with broccolini, my husband loved the burger the waiter polite, just doing his job, the truffle fries were good, the side dishes are à la carte.

  Booked a table online for my friends and I showed my confirmation and apparently they lost my reservation some how. Which would have been annoying but understandable but the staff made no attempt to try to fix the situation. Instead I was mansplained on how there’s “more steps to making a reservation “. Somehow blaming me for their faulty system. Told me we could just stand around and maybe they’ll have a no show and we could take that table. Not even their valet system worked properly. Very unfortunate considering it was beautiful in there.

  Arrived for my valentine date and checked - in, first the hostess took my name down assuming I did not have a reservation, even after telling her I am checking in for a reservation. I stated a couple of times I have a reservation already under Marlow, she said oh I did not see it because it says Dr. I said yeah Dr. Marlow McGuire. She stated we were a little early. I did not mind waiting for three minutes before our reservation time. However, we ended up waiting 20 minutes after our reservation time and watched 3 couples sat that came after us. After bringing observations to her attention and the manager who never even looked into the situation the response was immediately we are so over booked that’s why this is happening. We would have stayed if the response was apologetic and thanking us for our patience. They were rude, downplaying our experience, and sought to bring no resolution or even look into the situation. Then to top it off after we left fully upset by how we were treated I get a notification from Open Table that we were listed as a no show. Highly unprofessional and retaliatory to say the least. So unfortunate being that I would recommend this restaurant to couples all as I pastor and do premarital counseling to families. I have a very different story to share now.   We visited for my husband’s birthday and were immediately struck by how beautiful the restaurant is. The management was incredibly gracious in moving us to a prime table, and our server, Carlos, was exceptional—truly attentive and caring. Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by a nearby table that was shouting so loudly it was difficult to even hear Carlos when he was speaking to us. While the food tasted good, it arrived at room temperature and was a bit too salty for my preference. Interestingly, the sides stayed hot, but the mains were cold by the time we finished. We’d give it another try, but we'll definitely ask for the food to be served hot next time.
