  I hate the new login. Asking for the phone instead of my email. When I tried to login it said there was already an account and I could not login. I had points for a free pizza when using my email. I did not find away to login with my email. I lost points today because of the new format 👎🏾👎🏾

  The absolute worst Pizza Hut in the state of Texas. I place a order. I pay with a credit card. I'm told my Pizza will be delivered in 30 minutes. 57 minutes later I call and was told the driver was 2 minutes away. 15 minutes later the driver finally show with me standing outside waving home down only to receive a cold Pizza. Unacceptable. I told him to take it back. Called the store and told MARIA said the driver is on a 3 way call trying to get someone to tell him directions to my apartment. Maria said he will be there in 8 minutes. 18 minutes go by and called back only to hear they are canceling my order. Maria and both drivers are absolutely incompetent to take orders and follow simple ABC instructions on a GPS. Pathetic they hire only people that can't speak, read or follow directions a 5 year old could. I will be contacting corporate and filing a complaint with the BBB. Save yourself the trouble and take your business down to Papa John's.

  I was excited when I saw the promotion for the $2 personal pan pizzas. They used to be my favorite. I bought six so I could take them for lunch and dinner. I paid for extra cheese on all of them. I took them home, took one out for dinner, and put the rest in the fridge. First of all, the crust is nothing like it used to be. It's like tough bread. There was hardly any cheese. I asked for light sauce and there was almost none. I will be texting my coworker who was also excited about them and telling him not to bother. They're not even worth $2. Frozen Totinos is better. Congrats, now that Domino's has stuffed crust, I have no reason to go back to the Hut.

  Disappointed in the wings that were delivered to me... literally had the chicken just sitting on top of the sauce.. they did not coat the wings in the sauce. Looks like sauce was poured in first and they just threw the chicken on top. Lazy.
