  I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had. I have never contacted a company and been told by someone claiming to be a manager that they could not provide their name when asked. As a customer, it is completely unacceptable to refuse to identify yourself when addressing a concern. This interaction was highly unprofessional and does not reflect proper customer service standards. I expect transparency and accountability when dealing with representatives of your company. I am requesting that the General Manager contact me directly regarding this matter. This situation needs to be addressed, as the way this was handled was inappropriate and unacceptable.

  Never had a New Yorker pizza before and this was my first time ordering one. I actually liked the flavor. It would be nice if you guys added a little bit of extra cheese on the pizza that would be the perfect pizza. Other than that it was good. Delivery person was super nice and he took his time to bring my order to my address despite of the weather.

  I hate the new login. Asking for the phone instead of my email. When I tried to login it said there was already an account and I could not login. I had points for a free pizza when using my email. I did not find away to login with my email. I lost points today because of the new format 👎🏾👎🏾
