  The stars received is the service I received, I order 2 personal pizza box the same order I ordered two or three days ago, Joe took the order but once delivered it was incorrect, so I called to the store after talking to a gentleman who ended up telling me I got what I paid for. At first I was going to let it slide but my alter ego appeared and I took it back to see how he was going to speak to me in my face, he tells me I would have to come back when the GM Monica is there and I said no because your store mess the order up and I'm here now, so I asked for the shift manager and he says I am the manager, idk about y'all but a manager makes decisions too, long story short this is the reason customers jump on your employees with their smart mouth, respect your elders when you're given respect, I'm not going to waste my time after you delivered it me, to bring it back with complaints, put on the pizza what the customer ask for, read back to make sure it's correct as Joe did but I digress, you need a new morning shift manager with a better attitude or send him to training for Customer Service Communications. It's your job, that's what you agreed to do so do it respectfully with his smart mouth and don't think I didn't hear his remarks in the back and come to the front like he didn't say anything, coward, yeah I said it and this generation CS skills SUCCCK.

  I try to call to se if there where open on Sunday jan 25 2026 and again on monday 26 and no answer i wanted to order pizza horrible treatment is like thay don't want to work

  Ordered online the first time the food didnt arrive then the second time I ordered it said estimate would be at 8:20 to 8:40 it is currently 9 and no notification or anything and i tried calling the establishment I get put on hold every time or just no answer please dont buy from here not reliable and just takes your money.

  Two of us ordered separately to the same location and rather than calling they decided themselves it was a mistake. So we waited for them to finish the making the other order when we came to pick up. They did give us a complimentary Pepsi to compensate. But still could’ve just called to check right?
