  it is the 2nd time that i place order for pick-up but my order was incomplete, ordered medium pizza, 16-wings, cheese-sticks, 2-litter, when i got home, AGAIN my wings were missing

  My Husband and I would love to give a shout out to Mr. Terry, he came to deliver our food being an elderly man, I approached him to get the food he told me that’s ok. Mr. Terry had said he had already fell once not looking to fall again. I had tears in my eyes once I came in my home. To be afraid to travel due to the roads looking at Mr. Terry an elderly man making sure we had food was magnificent. I left him a tip but I did something better I prayed for Jesus to cover him as well. Be kind and stay humble to one another. You never know who Jesus picks to be your angel🦋

  12/31/25 Order Big Box W/ Pepperoni &Sausage. It took 45+ minutes longer to make. Someone forgot to put it in oven. Didn't check my ticket and got cheese instead of Pepperoni. "I" should have checked my order before going home!. At that time too late to go back!!!Both didn't have pizza sauce and no cheese on the cheese pizza!!! 2 BIG DRY ROUND BREAD!!!My pasta was dry and burnt for waiting. But i did get a free drink and cinnamon sticks for waiting over 45+ minutes. Never again. DO NOT GO!!!!

  We ordered 1 large cheese stuffed crust, received a thin, cold & not fully cooked pizza. 1 large 5 topping pizza was ordered as well (pan), but received a thin crust instead. Also ordered a 12 piece buffalo burning wings, that was the only thing that was made to order. I called & the African-American “manager” named “Jose” was very rude & disrespectful when I was calling in regard to my order being wrong, then hung up on me. When I called back she tried to flip the roles and say “YOU were rude & got what you deserved”. She also stated that they called us to inform that there wasn’t any pan/stuffed crust, but we NEVER received a call. We were “credited” & told we can only use the credit when we CALLED to place an order over the phone; no refund was able to be given, so she said. WORST & TERRIBLE customer service we’ve ever received from this store. We always order from this store & never had any complaints until tonight. (12/28/25). Hire better employees!
