    Horrible customer service and management. I placed and paid for an order online on 08/19/25 for pickup. When I arrived with my digital receipt and order confirmation the employee told me that there was no order in the system under my name, despite me having proof of payment and order. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times and I still have not been refunded or contacted in regard to this issue. Fraudulent.

    Reading all the reviews after placing my order REALLY had me worried. 😂 But the pizza and cheese sticks arrived in around 30 minutes piping hot and with the correct ingredients. No regrets other than eating 80% of the cheesy bread.

    I ordered my food at eleven thirty pm I had one large pepperoni stuffed crust A medium pizza with chicken. Eight honey barbecue boneless Eight garlic parmesan boneless. Once we started eating, I noticed that the pepperoni pizza tasted terrible. And it had an odd smell. A strange chemical smell. I could not eat it.I threw it back up. The chicken pizza was good and so we're yeah, the boneless wings. But definitely something was up with that pepperoni. I think it might have been expired.
