  20260309 3:45pm Terrible unhappy experience from lady at the counter. I felt that I was inconvenience her for being in the store. Food big New York dough was soggy and sweet marinara sauce had a bitter taste. Tried to call store but left on a ten minutes. Will never do business with this pizza chain that I have grow up on. Stay away from this particular store

  I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut multiple times, and unfortunately my order is almost always wrong. I specifically request light marinara every time (including in special instructions and capital letters), and it’s never followed. The pizza consistently arrives cold, and even when I’ve picked up in person, it’s still not hot. On my most recent order, I asked for bone-in wings and was sent boneless wings instead, which is a completely different item. This isn’t a one-time mistake—it’s been a recurring issue. I only continue ordering from this location because it’s the closest one to my home, but it’s frustrating to pay around $30 for delivery and receive food that’s cold and incorrect. At this point, the quality control and attention to customer instructions really need improvement. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because this location could do much better.

  I wanted to change the pick up time for an order I placed online, but you can't get ahold of them via phone call. When calling the number the people will say they are a call center. Not ask you any questions and put you in a void of hold music.

  Dude working the night shift himself was very nice and knew how to the run restaurant very well!
