They was aware that a driver came and never delivered food. They had 3 more people to try and get order and they couldn’t even remake my order for them to deliver NOTHING. Spoke to a manager who had me on hold forever, claimed he cancelled the order so I can get my refund and that didn’t happen my order was still saying it’s active. I call DoorDash they tried harder for me than Pizza Hut did to put request for refund. Due to me ordering through Pizza Hut app they couldn’t give refund for me. I called pizza hut back and the same manager (sound like a kid) poor customer service, says he canceled i have to wait 3-5days for a refund. My order is currently still active and it’s 8:37p. This place need better customer service, people who can pay attention & know what they are doing. I hate this store omg
