Seated quickly, the complimentary chips and salsa was very good. The salsa is the thin restaurant style, but a unique smokey/spicy flavor. Got the cheapest thing on the menu, chicken burrito. Came with rice and beans. The burrito was smothered in pretty tasty sauce, chicken was tender. The rice and beans were bland though. The guacamole I got on the side was very good.

Had some of the best grilled fish tacos here. Definitely worth stopping by if you have layover time. Staff was super friendly and attentive despite being super busy. My new Dallas airport food stop.

I can’t remember the last time I ate in an airport restaurant that had a positive vibe. The staff were fast, friendly, and helpful, all while being playful with one another and working together as a team. It lifted my spirits in the middle of a very long travel day.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Papasitos. I know it’s at the airport, so not going to be the same as at an actual restaurant location, but this was bad. I usually love Papasitos and have been coming for years at various locations around the DFW metroplex. At the terminal C location, I paid nearly $50 for 1 margarita and some nachos. I paid extra for beef fajitas on the nachos, and thinking I will get nice beef fajita strips. Nope! They were tiny chopped up pieces of beef and you really couldn’t even taste it over the other stuff on the nachos. The nachos were basically like nachos you’d get at Taco Bell with the fake cheese sauce. And I was honestly shocked. For $50 I feel ripped off for this bad meal. The margarita was ok, but not for the price. For seating they only have tall bar stool seats that are very uncomfortable, clearly they want you to leave ASAP. And you don’t have a waiter here, you order at the counter and pick up your food. I will NEVER eat here again.

This is NOT a pappasito's experience. Skip this place and head to the food court a few gates down if pressed for time (McDonald's, pizza hut, Chick-fil-A, ect) or if you have the time take a 15 min trip on the skytrain to terminal A for a real pappasitos.
DFW airport has some good restaurants (as far as airports go) but this is not one of them. Pappasitos is usually one of my favorite tex-mex chains so I stopped into this location. First of all, unlike all the other locations I have been to (and the terminal A location) this is a counter-serve restaurant rather than a service restaurant. Yet, of course, the prices are the same and they still ask for the tip! No free chips/salsa, that was about a $5 charge. I started off with getting an appetizer and then was going to go back to order entree. I ordered the queso and for an uncharted, they were going to add beef. When I got the queso, it was luke warm and had no beef. The person at the food counter didn't seem to understand, so I ended up letting it pass. The queso had decent flavor but was barely warm and already thickened. The chips were not up to the quality I am used to from pappasitos either. I ended up just leaving and not going back to order an entree as originally planned. Never again - too many better options at DFW!
