He had extra salsa before I could ask, backup waters, food came out incredibly quick, and he made sure I had plenty of napkins. This guy's a hustler and he makes sure his food comes out hot and fast I highly recommend asking for his section!
- KDKyle Dittrich4 days ago1.0Waiter was Russell D. Walked in, and could see a booth open in the back, then i asked for a booth in the back and was told there was none available. I sat down, ordered a drink, had my ID checked. Order food. After 5 minutes I flagged down the waiter and was told chips and salsa were only served if asked for... was then brought chips and salsa. Immediately after I was served the food I ordered by an expediter, she asked if I needed anything else. I asked for the drink I ordered... when she walked by a few minutes later, she looked at my table and said she would get me the drink. I said to cancel it. My waiter then walked by and asked if everything looked alright. I told him to cancel the drink I ordered, he says "what drink"... The drink you checked my ID for... just cancel it. Also the fajitas chicken still had rubbery skin on it, the grilled onions were not separated, so mostly still raw. Overall this is probably the worst experience I've ever had at a Papas restaurant.

I usually complain about food pricing at restaurants (especially airport restaurants) because nowadays you pay way too much for way too little quality and quantity wise, but the price is well worth it here. Food was absolutely delicious!

Expensive food, and they couldn't even do the least thing right for customers by using more sustainable options. I feel like I was eating the microplastics from the container more than the soup out of my plastic bowl. Disappointed and would never recommend.

We ordered fish tacos, gluten free (the server was super helpful letting us know what was contaminated), and they were great! Huge chunks of fish and the sides were tasty too. In and out in half an hour and we managed to catch our flight on time.
