  TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! So slow and disorganized. We waited far too long just to be greeted, and even longer for our table. They do not know how to manage the number of customers that constantly come to this restaurant. They have to get better at handling customers. Our waiter , Dennis, was slow and came back twice to confirm our order. He did not know what he was doing. And when our food finally arrived, it was lukewarm and clearly had been sitting out. The quality did not match the prices at all. Between the poor service, underwhelming food, and lack of professionalism from management, I cannot recommend this restaurant. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and make improvements.

  So I take eating out very seriously. To choose to eat out rather than cook my own meal is a big deal because I'm paying that extra for service, now I love PapaS but service from host to waiting on a server to acknowledge us is either stay or flight. Host had an unfriendly vibe all the way to servers talking in groups rather than acknowledging tables. So we got up and left. And I found fantastic service nextdoor at papaDx. Servers and host checking their phones for their basket full of anxiety messages. Wish social media didn't have to ruin people's personalities they forgot how to be a natural human being.

  Best service we’ve ever gotten due to the manager Top. I’m a kidney transplant patient who doesn’t get to go out much unless I have good labs. Today turned out to be a good day, we let them know at the front desk if we could be seated away from the crowds due to my medical and Top swooped in quickly to accommodate us and give us the best service we’ve ever received! She made everything run smoothly and made us feel very special and cared for. Papasittos definitely hired the right person when it comes to Top as she truly does care. Not to mention the food was delicious as always, especially their fajitas.

  We had an absolutely amazing experience at Pappasito’s! From the moment we walked in, everything was top tier. The food was incredible, fresh, flavorful, and served hot. Every bite was seasoned perfectly, and you can truly taste the quality. Our server was outstanding, attentive without hovering, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. Service like that makes all the difference. The manager, nyakoam also stopped by to check on us, which really showed how much they care about the guest experience. It’s rare to see that level of involvement, and it did not go unnoticed. Great food, exceptional service, and leadership that clearly sets the tone, we will absolutely be back! Highly recommend!

  I cannot believe this is considered a "higher end" tex mex restaurant based on being one in the Pappas Bros. chain... they need to put this one up for adoption. The entire lunch experience today was awful, awful, awful. Twenty minute wait to get margaritas from the bar while waiting for a table. When table was ready, the four of us stood there and waited a good 3 or 4 minutes to be taken to the table while my dad and his wife are holding large margaritas. When we sat, we were not given menus. Waited a solid 5 minutes or more before I went to the host stand to get them where I was asked (why I don't know) where we were sitting. Several more minutes pass... no water, no chips, no eye contact and a server finally appears. I order a margarita, we ask for guacamole and go ahead and order our food, but they were out of whatever it was my dad ordered. Even with four of us at the table, only 2 tiny bowls of salsa are brought out. My Margarita finally comes out after about 10 or 12 minutes, a quartered avocado with no flavor being passed off as guac and a small bowl of chips appears just as we polished off the other chips and salsa... no offer to bring more. Dad and his wife are served, and my brother gets his a la carte taco, but my plate and his are MIA. When our food finally arrives (long after my brother finished off his taco) it is very obvious that our food sat in the window the entire time. The plates weren't even warm to the touch. If given the choice between a meal there, or a Lean Cuisine enchilada and homemade margarita, I would choose home hands down.
