Server took our appetizer and drink water, delivered our drinks, and we did not get our appetizers for about an hour. Then when it came out, our food was right behind it. I got fajita and never received any tortillas cheese or sour cream that was placed with the order. The server never even came around to see how everything was when the food came out until we were already done eating.

I brought my family to lunch last weekend where we encountered not so good Customer Service and received the wrong order as well. Ms. Top, Ms. Savanna and Mr. Dennis step in and took care of our needs. The management team ROCKS, just when I thought GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE was dead in the restaurant business. The care and concern from Ms. Top and Ms. Savanna went over and beyond. Even when Mr. Dennis was asked to step in for our server he did it with no problem. The fact that he remembered me from coming in for dinner on that Wednesday showed attention to details. There was another server that helped out who service was fantastic he was given life as well. Thank You, Thank You Thank You..... it was the fact "The Team" made the problem right so for that reason 5 STARS 🌟 in my book cause everyone makes mistakes but this is the first time I felt I wasn't the problem "Like Restaurants" tend to do.....

I Ordered Combination fajitas (chicken and beef) and my friend ordered cheese enchiladas. My chicken came out raw and pink. I told the waitress so she sent it back. While I was waiting for the replacement,I insisted my friend go ahead and eat without me, I tried to eat my rice but it was not cooked all the way and was crispy. They brought the replacement and I didn’t mention the rice because it was all just so bad. I was so grossed out from the first go round that I really couldn’t eat the replacement. I guess they think it is okay to just replace your meal and all is good. I didn’t have lunch with a friend. I watched him eat his meal and then he watched me try and eat the replacement. They did not comp the meal. The reason you to eat with someone is to eat with them not watch them. Terrible food, bad management and a horrible experience! Stay away!
