We were sitting for 20 mins before our server came to our table and took our drink order. Our server didn't know what an IPA was and didn't really seem to want to be helping us on this day. Had zero recommendations and really didn't seem to want to talk to us. Which is weird because we hadn't said a work to her before she came to our table. My friend ordered a tequila/lime cocktail that the server described when we asked, but all of a sudden she brings it over and says sorry we make it different now. Which is hilarious because she brings a hibiscus drink with a flower in it. Then seemed to have an attitude when they didn't like it. Maybe it was a bad day for her but she really seemed to be in a bad mood. I'm really not motivated to come back next time I'm in town. Maybe I'll go to a different location.

Let me tell u the steak fajitas is just that steak grilled up not fajitas at all the bacon wrapped shrimp was not the best because the bacon was still raw not cooked hardly at all. Dined here on New Years Day January 1St 2026 and As Great this place has been over the years Having the Hands Down Best Steak N Chicken Fajitas Going! I ordered the Plato Del Mar Steak and Chicken Fajitas with The Bacon wrapped shrimp and as it took a while to receive them during a time when the restaurant wasn’t even busy 11:20 am and they promote how the steak comes out M-rare I told them I wanted the Steak to be Rare Plus on cook temp cause it’s always over cooked! Well to my surprise the steak was over cooked and the kitchen manager caught it so that’s why I had to wait extra time for The Plato Del Mar When it did come out it was cooked right but the Portions size has went down hill (Smaller) More money Less food! The chicken wasn’t even anything close to Tender grilled chicken breast It was two thin slices of Chicken that were end pieces The steak was not sliced correctly as it looked like scraps or trimmings pieces! Also the charro beans come in smaller dish cup compared to how it use to be! No where ever close to How Pappasitos Cantina use to do it! Prior 2 or 3 years ago or even before Covid where 1/2 price Fajitas on Wednesdays was a Must! To go to! Now this place has gotten overly expensive $$ and way less portions in the end! Pappasitos Cantina Has Went Down Hill and I doubt I will return as a customer! Let’s hear the feedback from the restaurant itself!

Valerie, Jeremy, Alex, Nilda, Top did a fabulous friendly job of getting us seated, and excellent drinks and margaritas flowing! All tables were practically served at the same time! The food today was exceptional, the rice was super fluffy, we went all in for the lobster brochette shrimp fajitas and it was totally delivered above 5 stars! We drive almost 80 miles to get here and it did not disappoint! The salsa served warm hit on all points! I can’t brag enough about the door to door experience was outstanding!
