  I’m extremely disappointed in Pappadeaux’s handling of a recent situation involving one of their employees. Instead of standing by their staff member after that employee spoke up about experiencing homophobia from a patron, the company chose to terminate the employee. Hospitality should include protecting your team from discrimination. When businesses fail to support employees who speak out against homophobic behavior, it sends a troubling message about whose comfort matters more. Creating an inclusive environment isn’t just about marketing — it’s about how leadership responds when bias actually shows up. In this case, the response appears to prioritize avoiding controversy over protecting staff from mistreatment. Until Pappadeaux demonstrates a clear commitment to standing against discrimination and supporting its employees, I can’t in good conscience recommend supporting this business.

  The ambiance was undefeated! Great tasting food, and the service was wonderful. Will definitely be returning to this specific location!

  The amount and quality of food. Amazing. Good bang for your buck on food/ person. Plus its delicious.

  While we love their food, unfortunately, the service has been downhill. We only ever sit in the bar, and that’s what this review is in reference to, but I even hate saying this because we love the Pappadeaux brand! Yes, we will still dine here because we love the food, but we never have any expectations of service. Honest but true. And this has been at least for 3-4 years now…or maybe ever since Covid:( I feel bad, since I always give the benefit of the doubt and third or fourth chances. But watching 3 servers talking amongst themselves while all their guests are waiting for help is not the best look. Hopefully they can turn this around because we are still fans!

  Took my wife here for our Anniversary . She wanted seafood so I said let's go . Worst mistake ever . Food wasn't good at all ... from the fish being dry to the shrimp dinner being overly salted 🧂. What a mess . The waiter said he understood and apologized. But im still left feeling terrible. I don't know what what happened but this wasn't right at all.
