- TCTatum Carter2 days ago3.0During our visit our server was Crystal and she was AMAZING! Many things made this visit awkward. When we walked in the group that walked in behind us was seated first. Then my silverware was dirty, with dried on food. I ordered my salad with no onions it arrived with onions, my entree vegetables were heavily cooked in oil. Again I reiterate that Crystal was amazing and she attempted to rectify everything that happened that I notified her of and eventually I stopped telling her things. We still very much enjoyed our visit and laughed and joked with Crystal and between our party. Crystal’s attitude towards customer service is what saved this entire visit! All was not lost but disappointment was certainly felt.

So ... the second waiter seeing the need steppes up and was absolutely on Task and professional. Will never allow the first waiter ti wait on us again.

Our server, Daniel, was exceptional, and Top the manageress made us feel like family. The food was simply delicious. We will definitely be coming back!
- ASAS SDec 21, 20253.0Normally, this Papadeaux location is top notch, not the case today; the chef was off their game/out-of-sort. Today's incident could have cost a person more than their tab for their order, it could have been fatal or a trip to the emergency room had I been allergic to hazelnuts. The order was placed specifically with NO NUTS on the Fish/Lake Trout, and because the nuts were sauté & mixed with the crab meat toppings I did not detect the nuts until I bit into a fork full. Thank God Jesus has other plans for my life other than a medical or fatal emergency. Consumers, this is serious, nothing to be Brushed Over! Please, please if you alter a dish on the menu that notes nuts be sure to triple check it when your order is delivered to you; we'd all like to make into the New Year. Blessings
