    Lombardy Pappadeaux… Appetizers came out cold, they brought another fondue and it was kind of warm. We had to go get our own plates!! We had to go get our own silverware!!! The manager came by smiled it off, laughed it off asked a couple of questions and walked off. Then we get our dinner and the steak was overcooked. The manager came by laughed again. What is funny? When I told her that we needed her to come some of the freaking meal. She did not, I am not impressed with this Pappadeaux‘s at all, you all have got to do better. And it is November why am I freezing in this restaurant? The manager has to do better. I didn’t want her to comp my food, but should’ve taken that appetizer off that came out lukewarm twice and the steak that was not medium rare.

    First time visiting this particular location. The food is consistently good at all every location and so is the service. Large portions and the calamari/octopus is always sooo good.

    First time at Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen. Jon was our server. He was very helpful and attentive. The pasta was good, it was very cheesy and very heavy. Enough for 2 people. The chicken was very good! It was moist and flavorful. The Machengo puree was really good and the broccolini was good as well. I didn’t get to try the red bean and rice but I assume like everything we ordered it is just as tasty. Will definitely be back.

    This is my second time coming here and I knew better! The shrimp is always fishy!! It’s so overrated!! I paid $117 for something I didn’t even eat! Then the manager came over and didn’t offer to take it off😒

    Fatimah was our waitress for a dear friends retirement party. She made us all feel like we were in a 5 star place. She was such a delight and made the experience so enjoyable. She was a gift to our experience.
