- SDShy Davis2 days ago1.0I never leave reviews. Ever! So that should tell you just how bad my experience was. My husband and I hadn't had Papa Johns in yearsssss prior to this. We only ordered it tonight because we had been seeing the pan pizza commercial so much that we thought "what the heck!" let's give it a try. Big mistake. The pizza arrived iced cold, missing all the toppings, and there was sauce everywhere. If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Absolutely disgusting.

They talk to me while my Pizza was getting made. We talked about Shaquille O’Neal we talked about life and they was really good at their customer service and the pizza was delicious. I just wanted to leave a nice comment.

The IN STORE manager and associate got right on to the problem and fixed it IMMEDIATELY. I will most definitely be ordering from here AGAIN. The manager Jerry was AMAZING. Along with his colleague multitasking to get the job done for me and the other orders while trying to help me
