I had an awesome time at brunch at Palma! The food was really good, fresh, and full of flavor. Our server, KB, was awesome — super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without feeling rushed. Ashley, the manager, also stopped by and was so welcoming, which really added to the overall experience. The vibe was relaxed and enjoyable, and everything from the service to the food was on point. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.

They may have better items on the menu but the sushi rolls I had were the worse I’ve ever had.

I absolutely loved this place. The drinks were amazing, the sushi was incredible, and the overall ambiance was top-tier. Tens across the board. This is officially my new favorite spot whenever I’m home.

The place looked cozy, but unfortunately, it was a bad experience. I had to wait more than 30 minutes for my appetizer, the cigarette smoke was unbearable, and there was another table I couldn't sit at because it was dirty. The waitress passed by my table several times without even looking at me, and I had to wait another 20 minutes to ask for the bill. I mentioned that the chair was dirty with food and that I couldn't sit on it, but she didn't offer me another one. I left very disappointed.

Maki crunchy LA and crab Rangoon were incredible! Husband had the short ribs and said the egg was like nothing he’d ever had in a good way. Nathan was our server and he was incredible. Offered great suggestions and his personality matched the whole vibe of the place! He was very kind and brought a card with complimentary champagne to celebrate our anniversary. Front desk girls need some help in the customer service area because we weren’t greeted and kinda felt like we were bothering them. Paid $20 to park right next to the place for convenience and I suggest parking close because the area changes once’s it gets dark. I think a place like this would have a lot of success in Frisco or Grandscape! We will be back.
