- MJMasa JalladDec 4, 20251.0Staff & workers are trash and extremely rude. I ordered an iced latte with an Extra shot of espresso, and it tasted like straight milk- because she only put 1 shot. I went back to get it fixed, and the lady working said “You didn't pay for it.” and denied remaking it. I told her I DID pay for it, and she made me wait in line again just so she can pull up my receipt… only to realize that I Did pay for it. Proceeds to argue with me and yells “Do u want me to remake it or not??” - which she didn’t even remake, just gave me the shot on the side. It’s ONE shot of espresso, how cheap do you have to be to fight with a customer over that? Terrible staff, even worse attitude, and horrible service.
