    Staff & workers are trash and extremely rude. I ordered an iced latte with an Extra shot of espresso, and it tasted like straight milk- because she only put 1 shot. I went back to get it fixed, and the lady working said “You didn't pay for it.” and denied remaking it. I told her I DID pay for it, and she made me wait in line again just so she can pull up my receipt… only to realize that I Did pay for it. Proceeds to argue with me and yells “Do u want me to remake it or not??” - which she didn’t even remake, just gave me the shot on the side. It’s ONE shot of espresso, how cheap do you have to be to fight with a customer over that? Terrible staff, even worse attitude, and horrible service.

    I usually order just one thing here--chocolate milk. I know it might seem childish, but it's my go-to at Ebar. I'm not a big coffee drinker, and when I visit places like this, I typically go for an Italian soda. The workers here are chill. They're not overly friendly, but they get the job done, which I respect. The only thing keeping this place from getting a five-star review is the other customers. There's always a huge line because people can't seem to decide what to order until they get to the register, causing unnecessary delays. It's chocolate milk, not rocket science, after all. If I were a coffee drinker, I'm sure their coffee would be great. But as a chocolate milk enthusiast, I give Ebar four stars.

    The staff member working was extremely rude. She told me they don’t make blended drinks after a certain time, which is very disappointing. I arrived two hours before closing, and the service was unprofessional. The employees were being loud, singing loudly, and showing no regard for customers in the store. This happened on Tuesday, August 26th, at 7:00 PM. The location truly needs better-trained staff.
