My husband has been trying to get a replacement for a month now at this location. Not only did the store disrespected the first time by refusing to refund him when their boss offered a replacement they couldn’t even follow up with doing that. I can see why this location is negatively reviewed. Do better

Awful store one of my coworkers gave me a ride to work the other day and he stopped here because they messed up a previous order of his when we went. The lady at the window was extremely disrespectful to him and close the window in his face while he was trying to show her an email from her manager. I added the email on the receipt. Seems like they’re just ignoring him instead of Making things right so I’m leaving this Review. If I could give a star rating for the employees, I’d give a -5

Update, plan on removing this Monday as I was contacted. I’ll change it once it’s fixed. Also updated to three stars Worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. I used my points for an order , they didn’t have what I ordered then offered something 1 third of the price. The next day I sent a complaint and they offered to replace it with two of my original order. When I went for my replacement the manager on duty told me “no we don’t do that” then refused to even read my email. Now Mike Austin is not responding to my email about righting the situation. Also they don’t answer the phone number listed. I wouldn’t care this much but the staff here is extremely disrespectful. Guess I’ll be going to twitter, Instagram and Facebook because you can’t get ahold of anyone who cares about customers and their experience. If I was actually helped I’d remove my review but doesn’t look like that’s gonna happen.Don’t worry I added proof…

IT ACTUALLY TASTE LIKE MY CUP LIKE HOT WATER AND CUP IS WHAT IT TASTE LIKE IT’S SO DISGUSTING.I GAVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE TODAY AND THEY DID IT AGAIN !!!
