  This review is more about McDonald’s in general not particularly this location. I hate that they try to squeeze you dry. When ordering on the app you only get one complimentary sauce. One! Anything additional is extra. I’ve been to several locations where I just ask at the window and they give me anything extra without any hassle. Here, they told me that you have to pay extra. I don’t blame the workers, they’re following standards placed upon them. But those standards suck. No other fast food restaurant has this structure that I know of so I’ll be going elsewhere in the future. Bye McDonald’s, hope it was worth it.

  I came to place an order today around 7:15 PM at the drive-thru. I waited about 10 minutes for my order to be taken. I politely said “hello” multiple times but received no response and was skipped four times. I then went to the window and explained the situation to the employee there, who was kind and understanding. However, when the manager was informed, she responded rudely, gave me disrespectful looks, and spoke to me in an unprofessional manner.

  Every time I've been there the buns are over cooked. The chicken sandwich is dry and has been sitting there for a while. The coke tasted like bad root beer. Fries cold.....no one cares about putting out a good product anymore...Why should they. For every customer they lose 100 more will come....
