But advertise as 24/7 , I drive around as everyone does and I see two females standing in the kitchen talking with no headsets on. Like? Bad customer service had I been told they couldn’t serve food or something I would’ve been on my merry way. Working 14 hr shifts and I just wanted some dinner. Will not be picking this location for dinner.

- GRGabriela ReyesNov 10, 20251.0Buenas noches quizá no le presten atención ami comentario el día de hoy 11/9/2025 a las 4:00 PM salí de mi trabajo con mi amiga y pasamos por unas hamburguesas fuimos al mostrador la cajera no me atendió porq dijo q no habla español estoy de acuerdo q estamos en estados unidos pero por lo menos hacer el intento de atendernos hubiera hecho, pero no lo que hizo fue darnos la espalda y se fue , luego me acerque a la señora que usa algo en los oídos está vestida de negro muy enojada me dijo que pidiera por una pantalla y tampoco me quizo atender , no creo q sea la mejor manera de atender a los clientes debería de ser más amables y empáticas con las personas y si no estás dispuestas atender al cliente deberían de renunciar a su empleo yo trabajo en atención al cliente y no llevo ni mis problemas ni mi mal humor a mi trabajo simplemente siento que no merecemos que nos traten de esa manera y aún más mal se ve cuando otro latino nos trata asii y Macdonald deverian de capacitar a su personal para la atención al cliente.
