    Waited at drive thru for about 5 min no one came up. Then pulled up to the window and seen an employee leaving but no one came to the window either.

    If you’re going to have both lanes open you should atleast be adept enough to take an order in it. Sat there for 15 minutes before I went into the other lane snd got my order taken. Also slower than a grandma on a Christmas morning to get you through the line past 11:00 — it seems like they’re incapable of staffing more than 1 employee.

    Had a mobile order during my lunch break 11:15am said the code they said they didn't have my order all to find out 10 min later they do have my order i was upset and asked the manager is there something she could do because i was on my lunch break and i had already used my points i wouldn't have time to go to another location if i ordered at the wrong location both employee and manager said they could do nothing and walked off mad was not the word livid was because i was on lunch I just started back eating mcdonalds and this almost made me wanna not go back
