They left the most important item out of the order and when I tried to call to let them know, no one answered it went straight to voicemail over and over again. Way too far away to drive back up there. So I emailed their customer service thinking that surely they would refund me for the products I never even got. Nope! They just said “sorry about that have a great day” Literally stealing your money. I don’t know how they’re still in business.
