Well let’s start at the top, order my food through the kiosk paid at the counter (never got a receipt nor asked if I’d like one) I then sit for 40+ minutes waiting for my food eventually walk to the counter to ask where my food is then I’m accused of nonpayment, told I’m lying about paying even when showing my bank app and McDonalds app, let me remind you WITH PEOPLE INSIDE LOOKING IN DISGUST!!
Was told by whom I’m assuming is the owner of this location that I’d be refunded my money but I doubt that.
STAY AWAY OR BE AWARE cause this was insane will definitely be contacting an attorney.
Will not be coming back

I just left the location I ordered 4 meals and a Happy meal for my baby… I make it to the window to be told they are up charging me for large drinks for all of the meals making it $6 more I asked why? The cashier said they don’t have the cups that accompany my meal and I have to get large o said no I don’t want kids to have that much liquid in my new car just take it off. She spoke to the manager a short Hispanic lady who said we are just going to cancel your meal because we don’t have cups! My kids were devastated by her actions and to try strong arming me for extra money is insane! What happened to accommodate the customer? They lost my business for sure!

Never seen something this lazy in fast food. Asked if they could remake it and they refused and just gave a spoon that it didn't come with.

Love going to this Mcds but is like always forget at least one item to give me and it so frustrated I have to go back !!AND TODAY AGAIN THEY FORGOT MY DAUGHTER HAPPY MEAL AND HAD TO DO SOME Grocery store Could not go back

Ahorita vine a comprar desayunos, mi orden tardo 25 minutos a simple vista no se miraba la salchicha en uno de los desayunos y le dije a un chaparrito muy amable y el llevó el desayuno con la que los prepara a lo que ella responde ya se la tragaron, esas fueron las palabras de ella o sea estoy en el mostrador sin moverme como me la voy a tragar ellos hubieran visto, en eso abre el desayuno y dijo que si traía la salchicha y quizá después de ponerle la salchicha a lo que ella le dice al chaparrito mira yo nunca me equivoco soy perfecta. Para mí no es correcto que haya dicho que me tragué la salchicha, ya porque a ella se le olvidó ponerla dice que ya me la tragué, no quiere aceptar su error y hasta dice nunca equivocarse porque es perfecta.
Para colmo llego a mi casa voy a comer con mis hijos y me faltó el mcmuff de mi pedido, tuve que regresarme.
