I drove back around thru the drive thru to see my coffee sitting getting cokd and itbwas headed to kr with no apology. My coffee was luke warm and tasted like decaf

- JPJewel PetersOct 1, 20251.0I have had so many issues from this location I could write a book…the only reason we continue to go to this location is because it is literally about 3 minutes from our house and about 2 minutes from my job so it’s quick and easy to get to but…the SERVICE…absolutely trash…the women that work the drive thru are all rude and have the WORST attitude…can’t even tell you how many times they just open the window and shove the bag out of the window and close it without even making eye contact or anything…in addition if your order is missing an item or made wrong and you let them know…they are SOOOO beyond rude about it…btw when ordering from here make sure when checking your order you MUST go as far as to open every single item you ordered to make sure it’s made correctly…I always order no pickles and no mustard…even putting it in the order in the app or telling them at the screen they always still manage to put one or both on whatever I order…and naturally I’m just checking to make sure everything is there that I paid for so I don’t notice until I’m home…and despite it being so close I’m not about to drive back…we ordered from here tonight on Uber eats…didn’t take too long to arrive but the fries…cold…burgers…FLAT (I’ll add photos)…and clearly were sitting for a while because of the way the cheese looks…we ordered two sundaes…I ALWAYS get hot fudge and I SWEAR…the fudge on it tonight was…SOUR…like was clearly expired…it was repulsive…one of the sauce packets we received had a CUT on the top…one good thing TONIGHT ONLY their coke was really good…but…9 times out of 10 the coke is HORRIBLE…which is disappointing because everyone knows McDonald’s coke is the best…this location truly either needs 100% new staff OR needs to be shut down completely…it’s TERRIBLE…
