  Gave me the wrong order asked for eg n cheese biscuits they gave me sausage when I don’t eat pork. When I tried to call they wouldn’t answer

  I don't know if the workers did something to my breakfast sandwiches or simply food poisoning. They gotten my order wrong, I politely took it back to the counter. The manager seem a little frustrated,hey you got the order wrong not my fault. 2hrs later My back and arms are sore like having the flu, I'm shivering to the point my teeth are clattering and a slight fever. Finally I 🤮 puked a few times and gradually things got a little better. Have this happen to anyone else?

  I order food for my kids they are playing in the playground and the AC don’t work so the whole playground area was to hot and smells nasty and when my kids want to refill the drink they just give one refill for person and that make me so angry because they denied the soda for the kids, I try to get more for them and the girls say “only one refill” I ask her if they can get some water at least because they are sweaty and they try to charge me for the water so tha piss me off I never come back to this location, don’t bring your kids here they don’t care about the customers

  Horrible customer service. I drove this morning to order breakfast for my team and when I stopped to pay at the window, no one was there so I continue to pull up to the second window, An older lady told me to go back and pay at the first window and I told her nobody was there. She said somebody is there now can you go around and pay? Like really, You’re employee should’ve been there at the window.

  I just went to this location after picking my kids up from school i was having card problems after fixing my card i tried to pay at the second window but the female manger thats currently on duty told me to come pay inside i go inside first thing i see is a employee eating the fries as he loading I proceed to get the female manger attention to let her know im ready she replies “ohh noo ohh noo you have to go back to drive thru” after telling me to come in i go back around the drive thru i am at the second window waiting on my food for 5 mins the window was open no employees insight the manager came to the window laughing this is the most unprofessional nastiness location the lack of customer service is ridiculous!!!!!
