I’m tired one thing going wrong when I order from here. Ordered a whole bacon quarter pounder meal. Literally no bacon and no where did I say no bacon. I can’t even get through to talk to someone either so a review it is. I wish they would stop messing up or forgetting something

They have a play place and it's mostly a clean and friendly place. But a lot of homeless people hang around here who seem to be on drugs some of the time..

Did not get my food. Sent my daughter to get my order for me because I am disabled and am not able to walk. We live right down the street so she can go walking. She does not drive either. She had her own order that she picked up too. They were both inside pick up orders. I also had a reward redeemed in my order. She was able to get hers but not mine. She gave them a copy of the order and the order code. They told her that she or i needed to pick it up in the drive thru window. I was not able to go because I had back surgery and I am disabled at this time. I can not drive right now. My daughter had to put in a complete new order for me so I could eat. She called to the complain or company line and they said they were going to refund me and never did. This has never happened before!! I was really excited for my reward. I don’t understand this situation?? We explained everything to the customer service department over the phone that night. She even put in a review on Yelp and no response??
