  Everything about this place is really bad. The play area was sweltering, the tables were dirty and no one cleaned them, someone spilled sauce on the floor and they just put up a warning sign but never cleaned it up, there are only two bathrooms in terrible condition and people stay there for ages. My daughter needed to use them and couldn't. Plus, they ordered Oreo ice cream and it tasted like spoiled milk. It was a really unpleasant experience and my little one wanted to go to McDonald's to eat and play. It was the worst choice.

  Did a good job at not letting the homeless guy stel our food from the drive through.

  Slow food cold drinks bad. They don't even try. I ate half of my burger and a few cold fries....such a waste of money.

  Had to use the restrooms really bad and the restrooms are locked. Went to cashier area where you place orders at and no one came to assist me or see if I needed something, stood there longer than I wished until finally the lady with a hot pink shirt finally said something to me and said I will be with you. Still waited I understand it’s busy so still had patience. Then when she was free I asked the young lady to please let me use the restroom if they could unlock it, she said it’s locked and I responded yes I need to use it could you please unlock it, she then said the lady that was cleaning and picking up trash had the key I stood there for a long, long time while they tried to figure out where the key is! While I am holding my pee! My bladder was already in pain when I arrived and we’re were there for hot chocolate since it’s freezing outside. I don’t mind keeping doors locked due to homelessness issues but how are you so careless about a customer, they kept asking each other while taking care of customers A VERY LONG WHILE LATER she tells me they don’t have the keys they lost them I hear them saying it in Spanish. Another person asked and the older lady that cleans said NO, no keys we lost them. I am annoyed at the way I was treated and I had to use the restroom and something like that should not had been so hard. But the hot chocolate was good I guess…
