  Cada vez que vengo a este local de Macdonald Restaurant #12884 en 3750 Forest Ln, Tx 75229. El servicio de Front Dest es el terrible, malo y son unas personas nada amables, haces tu pedido por la máquina, terminas de hacerlo y tienes que estar parado al frente esperando atiendan por más 10 minutos. Este restaurante ha sido remodelado se ve bien pero el servicio es el peor.

  The crew don't bother to see what customers need when your at the counter i kept going hello, hello even though two people we're making tea and coffee but they never looked to the counter. Manager finally peeked around to tell me they we're busy and I told her my food is getting cold and nobody is acknowledging I'm standing there. She again repeated they we're busy and I told her ya we're the ones who gave me the wrong item. She finally sent another crew member to help me but if I hadn't kept going hello my food would have gotten cold. The manager needs to get retrain on customer service the time it took her to argue with me she could have just asked me what I needed and given me the dip I wanted since they had given me the wrong one for my nuggets. Seems like they can't be bothered to help the customer ever since they went to the kiosk ordering.

  Even if the owners was here and decided to destroy their buisness they coulnd not doing how these people are working on that, you have to wait more then 15 min to place your order or just to pay, then later after 15 min someone gonne ask for your order, or maybe they change the type of work from fast food to fancy restuarant , who knows! Mc Donalds restuarant 5 star on Dallas only

  How can the soda machine not work at 11 am on a Saturday? This location is a mess. Today they had items listed on the menu that are no longer available. I could not order any sodas. The shake and ice cream machine was down (it’s always down at this location). It’s not my first rodeo with this location either. I should know better - they take forever to complete orders and force you to wait over 20 minutes in the mobile pickup spaces. I left and went to another location that had the items I wanted. * I already wrote corporate but wanted to share my experience here to warn others.
