The quality of the food is just TERRIBLE every time I go and the service well, it’s not the greatest, it’s ok depending on the person that attends you. They are always out of something, during summer it’s always anything related to ice cream and etc. because the machine is “down”. Others might have a different opinion but to me the main important thing is FOOD QUALITY who wants their fries dry or old?? Or their burgers?? There’s never a day when I go and the food is fresh it’s always old food they are serving. I work at a restaurant once I see there’s something that looks old and dry I throw it away and make new one because the point here is to provide great service and keep the customer happy right? We, the customers, literally pay just to get sucky quality food when will we get fresh quality food? Not to mention for a meal the price is almost $10 or $10. It’s just ridiculous to me. The manager of the place should pay more attention and do better. I’ve been to other McDonald’s and they SERVE fresh food so it’s just this location. When the location on northwest hwy was still open I would rather go there and drive 5 minutes than go to this one that is 3min away but the other one burned down so I’m forced to go to this one because the next one close it’s like 15 minutes away. FOOD QUALITY IS IMPORTANT! Specially since we are paying.

No avía nada de clientes era la única y aún así tardo 10 mi en tomar mi orden y al momento de pedirle la comida se portó grosera y pedante apesar de que yo estaba haciendo amable y igual al momento de estarle pidiendo la comida se molestó cuando pedí unos naggers de 5 y ella gritó solo hay de 4 y 6 y se burló de mi pronunciación cuando pedí un happy meal y al momento de recibir mi comida el pan de las my Chicken estaban todo frío y tieso !
