  We went to this McDonald’s around 9:45 AM and received our food around 9:55 AM. Before leaving the parking lot, we checked the bag and realized the hash brown was missing. We went back inside, showed the receipt, and one of the employees (who was actually sweet and attentive) told us the manager claimed she had cooked the hash brown and put it in the bag. To avoid any confusion, we brought the entire bag back inside and had them check the items one by one at the counter. And guess what… still no hash brown. The manager’s attitude was despot and incredibly unprofessional (Manager from the morning shift). She acted as if we were trying to steal a hash brown, like please, why would we be desperate a $2 item!? I understand that some customers might have tried to steal something before, but that in any whatsoever way means all customers are the same. The manager insisted she was “positive” she put it in the bag and even tried to prove it by pointing out “oil spots” inside. We told her she was welcome to check the cameras or even check our car because the accusation and her overall behavior (despot) were unacceptable. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we’ve had issues here. There have been multiple times where items were missing or the food quality was poor. Definitely needs better management and more attention to customer service.

  I really hate that this location is 3 minutes away from me because I would love to go to another location but hate that it will be a drive so I just go to this location even though I hate it. The quality of the food is just TERRIBLE every time I go and the service well, it’s not the greatest, it’s ok depending on the person that attends you. They are always out of something, during summer it’s always anything related to ice cream and etc. because the machine is “down”. Others might have a different opinion but to me the main important thing is FOOD QUALITY who wants their fries dry or old?? Or their burgers?? There’s never a day when I go and the food is fresh it’s always old food they are serving. I work at a restaurant once I see there’s something that looks old and dry I throw it away and make new one because the point here is to provide great service and keep the customer happy right? We, the customers, literally pay just to get sucky quality food when will we get fresh quality food? Not to mention for a meal the price is almost $10 or $10. It’s just ridiculous to me. The manager of the place should pay more attention and do better. I’ve been to other McDonald’s and they SERVE fresh food so it’s just this location. When the location on northwest hwy was still open I would rather go there and drive 5 minutes than go to this one that is 3min away but the other one burned down so I’m forced to go to this one because the next one close it’s like 15 minutes away. FOOD QUALITY IS IMPORTANT! Specially since we are paying.
