  The late night crew and their manger is rude i literally waited and hour before i got my food then told me I couldn't get my food unless I go through the drive thru... Didn't know I knew Spanish while they where talking so I interrupted and talked back in their language... NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER GO BACK BUT THE FRIES DO BE GOOD AND FRESH

  Terrible service in the drive thru, they don’t park you and got the back honking at you cause they don’t have your food ready. Also The website number doesn’t work and half of the order was missing !!!

  I went Sunday night to buy 2 combos and one kids meal got no napkins ketchup or ranch how to ask for them and they only give me one ranch and some pockets of ketchup ridiculous no napkins either this is not the first time that has happen

  I had a really disappointing experience at this location . I placed a mobile curbside order and when I picked it up, I noticed it didn’t seem right. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location, so I went back through the drive-thru to have it checked. At the window, the employee told me the order was correct. I checked the bag again and saw that some items were missing. I clearly showed my receipt on my phone and explained that I ordered two breakfast items but only received one. At that point, the woman who I assume was the manager became extremely unprofessional. She started raising her voice and accusing me of lying, saying she personally packed the bag and insisting that two breakfasts were included—when they clearly were not. I was calm and respectful the entire time, yet I was treated like I was trying to scam them. Mistakes happen, but being yelled at and accused of lying over a missing item is unacceptable. This location seriously needs to work on customer service and how management handles simple order issues.
