    Worst McDonalds I have ever visited!! I had dental work done and I wanted something soft. So I ordered a fish filet sandwich. When I got home I found a rock hard fish filet (see photo). The next day I returned with receipt and the awful sandwich. I waited at the counter along with other customers for 8 minutes before anyone noticed us. I asked for the manager and a heavy set lady came over to me. I showed her the sandwich and receipt and asked for a refund. She took both and left the counter and said she had to call her manager. She filled an order and finally came back and told me Alex her manager said to offer me another sandwich. I said NO I want a refund. She told me to come back on Thursday morning. So I will return with the nasty sandwich.

    I visited today and placed my order through the mobile app, I made sure it was the right location that I always go to, 2551 Gus Thomasson Rd and first they couldn’t find my order, the app said my order has been placed, the manager tells me it’s the wrong McDonald’s and doesn’t even try to help, she tells me to go to the other one close by. I show her the order and it clearly says my order is at 2551 Gus Thomasson Rd, she tells me to go to the other McDonalds or to cancel my order. I go to the other MCDonalds and they tell me my order was placed at the 2551 Gus Thomasson location. I canceled my order, worst customer service ever! I’ve never been treated like this! Manager was no help!
