  I had ordered 2 double cheeseburgers plain and it took the 15 minutes to get me my food and when I finally got it one of my burgers was not part of my order then my food was cold because it was just sitting there and not getting called

  I mean, it’s McDonald’s…. One’s expectation should never be high…. BUT, as you can see in other people’s reviews…. Ordering anything through the app for this location is a bad idea. I had my order ready to put through before walking through the door. I needed to know what the number was for my table. So I get there and I put it through. I say for 20 minutes before my food walked around the corner. I am the only person on this side of the building and the lady had no clue where my food needed to go. I had to get her attention. Then it arrives with an empty cup. Why do I need to select the flavor of drink for table service if I still have to get up to make my drink. Then I realized they gave me a medium cup instead of the large cup because the large cup comes with the monopoly piece. The spicy wrap I received was disgusting. They made it and then just squirted a TON of that spicy sauce on the end of the wrap. There should have only been maybe 1/16 of the amount on it that it did. Needless to say it was all whipped off but then the chicken strip was one solid tendon. I didn’t even eat it. This is obvious due to leadership in this location. McDonald’s needs to do better with their leadership in some of these locations as this one does not fit in with several other locations I use.

  Don’t eat here. The managers and employees are terrible. No one that works here should. Ordered off the app, got my food 30 minutes later.

  Monopoly I lost before I even can play I ordered the steak egg and cheese bagel did not get game piece Same Day lunch ordered the Mc crispy strips four-piece did not receive game piece however when is spoke to the manager she replaced one game pieceonly because i pulled it up on the app but not for the bagel because she could not confirm the app menu changes throughout the day. I won't be coming back to this location for a while even though it's two blocks away from my house. I get the suspicion that they are stealing the game pieces by giving us the old boxes and keeping the new boxes the old switcheroo ,Save your time and gas.
