  I ordered McDonalds online today, ordered it for curbside pick up. I got to the store at 9:49pm and selected my parking spot. I waited and waited. I called and the stoee and there was no answer. After 30 minutes of waiting, I went into the store to inquire about my order. After waiting some more I finally got to someone to help me in the front. I asked the girl about my order and she went to the back for about 5 minutes then came back and asked what I needed help with only for her to remember she was asking about my order. She asked me to move to the side and I said no because I had asked about my order and I had already been waiting, probably about 45 minutes at that point, and I still had not received a status on my order, the person behind me was also a curbside pick up waiting for his order who had to come in after waiting a ridiculous amount of time. Not sure how li g that person waited but it was at least 20 minutes. The girl in the front went to the back after learning this and stayed back there for the rest of my time there. At some point while I was still waiting some Indian girl came to the front and was extremely rude, I asked for the managers information and she said she didnt know it but they had a shift manager and kept point to some guy with a bowl hair cut and red tie on in the back. That guy never interacted with me even thought his staff kept informing him of whats going on. After about a total of one hour waiting on my order it finally came out and I asked the young lady for the store managers name and she said she didnt know at first then told me his name was Edgar. I asked for the last name and she said she didnt know. I asked her if the guy with the bowl hair cut knew since I would assume a shift manager would know the name of his boss. She went to speak to him and came back and said they dont know his last name they just know his name is Edgar. This experience was just a joke. I get you guys are busy I dont mind that. I realize that since im doing a curbside pick up order, naturally I will have to wait a bit longer, however waiting a total of an hour for an online order is unacceptable. Having to wait 30 minutes parked then another 30 minutes in the store is a joke. YOUR STAFF NOT KNOWING YOUR NAME IS A JOKE. Edgar I hope they lied to me, otherwise I dont know what kind of job you are doing over there. Your staff not knowing your name is crazy.

  Llegue a ordenar 2 desayunos y la manager me ayudo le dije que queria usar mis puntos y me dijo que no que tratara la proxima vez . Tengo entendido que como cliente los puedes usar cuando decidas . Que pena de señora. Porfavor centro america llevala de regreso a su casa.

  Every time I go here on the weekend around 11pm- midnight, they have the menus turned off, blacked out. And they always have a “broken” credit card machine so they are “cash only”. All this is very suspect. And on top of that, they are very rude, and the food is always cold. This is multiple time exact same thing experience. Not a onetime. This place needs some serious management intervention
