  Come to get some food on a location that suppose to be 24hrs and to have cones blocking the drive way and some rude lady telling me when I get in the lobby that they are closed because they only have 2 people. Thats a poor excuse of a worker. Dont have a sign that says 24 hrs open, if your not committed to work 24 hrs. Will definitely not return to this location.

  Todas hablan español y cuando pedí porfavor en español respondieron que no hablaban español. Entre a la tienda y todas sus hablan español. Que mala onda.

  The service was really terrible, they didn't take my order well, they didn't repeat the order and they had a terrible attitude, they were also on the cell phone and didn't pay attention to take orders, without a doubt the worst McDonalds I've ever been to

  This is the absolute worst McDonald’s to go to I’ve been coming here for the past year and I’m going to list what my experience has been food: always really greasy like a I can see my own reflection in my food , bread is stale, burgers not being wrapped properly leading to having ketchup mustard and grease all over the bag and my hand as soon as I get my items out the bag, CONDIMENTS THEY NEVER PUT IT IN THE BAG…..I went to the McDonalds today at 11:30 and was at the intercom for 5 mins saying hello hello hello no one answered soo I drove up and she was on her phone….staff: not friendly never smiles managers always look mean and fed up they will literally just hand you your food and say nothing I don’t understand why McDonald hq hasn’t done anything about this place for the crappy food I did pay for I should at least have something compensated or ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS LOCATION THIS NEEDS TO RUN UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND STAFF NEEDS TO BE RETAINED BC APPARENTLY ITS HARD TO LOOK AT AN ORDER AND FOLLOW IT if you can stay away from this location the one on beltline is fantastic friendly staff never gets the order wrong food is way better STAY AWAY FROM MIDWAY LOCATION it’s not worth it they will get your order wrong as well as crappy service don’t waste your money on stale greasy bread

  Avoid mobile ordering at this location. I placed an order, but the staff claimed they couldn't find it. While an employee 'checked' on it in the back, he manually marked my order as 'Received' on the app—even though I never got my food. This prevented me from being able to cancel or get a refund. The manager was dismissive and refused to make the order right or help with the technical error they caused. Extremely unprofessional and essentially took my money without providing the service.
