  Waited 25 minutes for a Big Mac. Dirty place and terrible service. The girl at the counter was very rude.

  Came here at 1 in the morning and had to turn around give my hot and spicy back because it was old and cold and my two cheese burgers because they were missing the bacon. Now after getting all the way home I have no burger meat on neither on my cheeseburgers, the nuggets are old and the only the was fresh was the fries but with no salt. Now I tried to call the store and let them know, and the phone isn’t working. This is ridiculous on so many levels. Something needs to be done about this customer service.

  10/10. I'm THEIR loyal customer. This restaurant knows my order by heart. The staffs immediately pick up my username when my order goes through. 4 years of McDonald's gets them an immediate 5 stars. Patience is the key with this restaurant. Not every restaurant will have great customer service, but they'll make sure your food is taken care with love and take constructive criticism. To the staffs or former staffs reading my review, you deserve 5 stars. Keep the great work going

  Patty, the night manager who is about 945 years old likes to scream and curse at people in the drive thru. She also seems to think she's protecting Fort Knox and when someone came to pick up a delivery she wanted to INSPECT the phone. When showing her the button had indeed been pushed CONFIRM she didn't know it had. Patty is not trained and does not know anything about delivery but thinks she is protecting every fry for the corporation and she will scream at you. If you want cold food and the worst manager I've ever seen be sure to stop here

  I order from the app only to have to pull forward and wait 10 minutes or more to receive my simple order of a filet o fish.
