I placed an online order, at around 2 pm and someone inside clicked the button that said they had started preparing my order so I had no way to cancel or get a refund. Nobody would answer the box or the window and the door was locked. Dozens of people were there with the same issue and the phone number is out of service. $20 gone just like that.
