  Was waiting in drive thru to order food, and watched a mouse run into the door leading to the freezer were they store food, I left so fast!!! Y’all enjoy your food though. Won’t be coming back here again

  This McDonald’s is trash as hell I come through the drive through at 9pm and nobody is taking orders they so stupid that they didn’t realize there headset was on and they laughing talking shit saying im not taking no more orders and im ready to go I go back around and they are back there cooking food and eating it i knock on window they take off head set and walked to the back

  Who owns this place ? Your managers are literally lying , she said I can’t order for 30 minutes because “the system is rebooting” And I just herd her say “they going to have to wait” SHE DONT KNOW THAT ANOTHER WORKER TOLD ME ITS DONE REBOOTING and that the systems is back up but then her manager came and said she can’t take orders and then another one said “oh it just got done rebooting we got to wait some minutes” now they say 30 minutes? Also the store was busy supper busy and al of Sudden the “system needed to be rebooted” 5 customers at least just walked out that’s money lost for he owner so I hope but doubt he will see this . This is ridiculously the staff here are lying on purpose just to do what ? To catch up on order ? Or to cook or to what ? But im literally seeing them just walk around … well i see some employees fixing stuff and filling some things up but I doubt they are that much … wait THEY ARE SAYING NO ORDERS BECAUSE THEY ARE FILLING UP THINGS THAT ARE MISSING IT LOOKS LIKE . (Meaning they are not doing they job as they go and now we have to pay for their work ethic) Man this is horrible Buisness how ca you just close the whole McDonalds down for 30 minutes?
