  This is about one of the worst McDonald’s drive-through in Dallas. Texas came through the drive-through. They hear me way about five minutes at the drive-through speaker. I asked him what his name was. He told me his name was Carlos that is for ridiculous to be waiting at the speaker for five minutes and I have to go to work. I advise anybody if you’re trying to get some fast food. I think you should go to another McDonald’s, cause you will be waiting at this particular McDonald’s.

  Carlos on the night shift was stellar. I realized later that I happened to show up at an awkward time while they were transitioning between menus (5min til) but he went out of his way to make everything perfect.

  I ordered breakfast from this McDonald's on Uber eats this morning. Its was about a 40 dollar order. Completely wrong. Nothing was right. I went to there in person to get it straightened out and the Hispanic manger told me its not there fault but ubers fault. There was no name on my order bag. She gave me a couple of free items and told me to take it up with uber eats, which I did. Then my gf and I went ahead and ordered our breakfast again there in the restaurant. We get home and they STILL messed a couple things up lol. I mean I just don't understand how it can be that difficult. I don't think it helps that most of the employees cannot understand the English language. Its very sad just how incompetent they are at this location. God bless them all.

  i ordered on mobile app and didnt even get the condiments even thought i was charged for them the buffalo sauce. i went back around to get them and they were wanting to charge them again even though i told them they didnt put them in my bag. Also was missing one mchiken . very rude service

  I understand McDonald's a lot of them are franchise but from oak Cliff McDonald's to the one off of Inwood I think a dollar more for a Sunday$3.25 you got to be kidding me
