This is my experience that has brought me to write this bad experience review 1st there was an issue with the kiosk screen freezing which the manager which I assume it was due to her not wearing a crew members shirt stated that it was my fault.I ordered on the next one and proceeded to pay cash at the counter cashier guy was faily friendly his name was "giovanni" I heard the other employees/managers calling his name to do basically everything. Which in my prospective it's unfair to him. I proceeded to sit down my mom on a cushioned bench from her wheelchair the manager came in screamed saying our order was being called out, they were calling out order 113 my order was 114, ok I went to wait on the counter my mom stayed sitted on the playground area waiting for me the manager once again came in and screamed at my mom that the order was being called out again it was order 113 not mine. I don't se it respectful for the screamed/high toned to had occurred. I come back with my order my little sisters happy meal 6 piece nuggets was missing the nuggets I proceeded to go and get the nuggets and change the apple slices for extra kids fries which I had put it on the kiosk and it didn't ringed it up as so. The cherry on top as it's said was the manager rolling her eyes at me a paying loyal customer. I scanned her shirt for a name tag None was visible. This happened after I placed my order at 2:40 pm Saturday 11/22/2025. I had stopped coming to this location due to a younger girl employee previously had given us an attitude. I decided to gi e it another try in hopes of a better service and attitude and this happened. I just wonder how they treat other customers with disabilities.
