    Me and my friends went to his McDonald’s as our hangout spot today and last time, our order was made correctly and it was good but the employees are NOT great. First of all they kept talking shit about our order as if we aren’t the reason McDonald’s is in business and they get their paychecks, second they had messed up my order previous times when I specially asked for what I wanted and described it. Third reason it’s not a good atmosphere if young employees are talking shit about TEENAGERS when they should be making orders and worrying about themselves instead of what a person orders. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want your order messed up and the employees talking shit about you.

    The food is good and the restaurant appears clean, but the customer service was very poor. Two employees laughed at me and my group while we were ordering, seemingly judging us for ordering a lot of food, which made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected. No customer should be judged based on age or how much they order, especially when they are paying customers. The employees were openly laughing in front of us and continued even after we left. The manager repeatedly had to yell at them to get back to work, and there was often no one attending the front counter unless there was a long line, with more focus on the drive-through. This behavior reflects badly on the business, and I strongly recommend management address it before it causes more issues. No employee has the right to treat customers this way. If i could include a picture of the employe I would.

    Today december 31 around breakfast time i had a bad experience took my sister out for breakfast for her birthday i dont know what happened to this location because it used to be my favorite lately they be forgetting items also includes utensils today i saw that they forgot my hashbrowns and and orange juice that we payed for i get early mornings are busy but how can you call out and order knowing its not ready yet (meaning not everything is in the bag) week earlier they forgot to add a straw for my drink and a cookie and i really am tired having to ask twice so i just leave it like that also curbside takes 15 minutes for your food i can keep going but ill stop here MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER IN THIS LOCATION

    Walk-in in stood in front of the cash register where the manager was standing there staring down ignoring me for the first 2 minutes then she finally looks up at me and says you going to order quote with a very poor attitude now that's not good service because you're supposed to say Hi how are you can I help you in a friendly way to make customers feel that you are genuinely happy to have their business and happy to serve them Then once I told her my order number for my online order to go she didn't just pointed over to the side and said get over there instead of handing me my order which was already ready, which was really poor service so I asked the employee which happened to the other manager because it used to be a lot better atmosphere in here at which point the manager lady typed in sticking her nose into our conversation saying that she had been here for 8 years, so I told her that since she had been here for 8 years that she could do a better job because she just ignored me while I was standing in front of the cash register for about 2 minutes and then the first thing she said to me was rude But she wouldn't even let me finish my statement she wouldn't even listen to me at all she just kept talking over me and then she told me to get out and never come back and then she wouldn't give me any more orders again so I asked how I could complain about her and she told me because the customer service line so I had to call and make a complaint about the restaurant

    Went in early morning to order food for my autistic son and ask for a substitution for a chicken biscuit and add pickles. Every-time I go in this place the Hispanic girl manager is rude so it was the last straw for me. Had to call her out and ask what the problem was, because how can you not accommodate your customers when I know that pickles are already prepped and timed and placed to be served. I’ve saw you make a Hispanic male chicken nuggets early in the morning once before and you want to argue with me over two pickles after I’ve spent 25$ dollars in the store. To make matters worse, here comes your manager Eddie walking in saying that I’m a problem when I come in when in deed your managers lack in customer service and people skills. They have no proper training because who wants to refund a customer money back for two pickles. The owner really need to clean house!
