I was asked to wait 30 minutes at first for them to have food prepared when they open at 4 AM and it was 5 AM. At 5:30 AM I’m told to wait another 30-45 minutes. Order was done through the mobile app. Mobile app says they are open, online it says they are open, the employee says they are open but can serve food for 1.5 hours. I wasted my gas and time and money because now I have to wait 7-10 business days for my money back. This place is ridiculous and a joke. They need to learn better cuter service and if you say you open at a certain time and take someone’s money you need to provide the service what time not when you feel like working. I’m past pissed off.

There is no order whatsoever and even placing an order thru mobile doesn't help get your food any faster, this location is so convenient but if you go inside there are customers everywhere just waiting and waiting, shouldn't take thar long, it is a FAST food place

Ordered 2 meals & only one meal had the combo and the other didn’t but didn’t know until I got home so I decided to go back to get my fries & nuggets but was not catered when I got there, I had to wait a couple minutes before someone showed up at the window . I explained my order situation and they said the kitchen was closed. Nobody was behind me so why did they get my order wrong???? Who knows but all I know is that hiring teenagers has become a problem there. So I wasted money and had a bad combo meal to share with my sister since I didn’t get my complete order.
