    Absolutely amazing place!! Great customer service, great food and such a wonderful atmosphere too!! The people working here are so nice and sweet. Will totally visit again!!

    Food is good, but don’t order from the website. DoorDash took 1.5 hrs and they just let our food sit there on the counter. No communication. Called several times. Poor coordination between restaurant and 3rd party delivery services. No offer to remake it. Food showed up cold.

    They have the stupidest web page ever built. When you are trying to order, every time you go back, it boots you out of the order page and to the store locator page. After you spend 15min trying to actually choose your food and order a pick up they send you to a page that either forces you to sign up for and account with Luna or not finish placing an order. Then when you give up and call, you get put on hold indefinitely. It takes less time to drive from White Rock Lake, stand in line, and order than placing an order online. I know this because my wife literally did that as I was trying to order. I was not able to order online or by phone. In the end you still wait 30-45 for the to-go order. We won't be doing that again, too much trouble.

    I keep getting the run around for a refund on an order they messed up and had to submit a chargeback with my credit card. Will not be back and suggest management gets retrained in how to deal with customer issues in a timely manner. November 3rd - Luna forgot my Gyro meat on my Gyro meat platter. I called in and was told a manager wasn't available and they will leave a note for them to handle it the next day. November 11th - Realized my credit card was not refunded so called them back and was not able to get through to anyone on 4 attempts. Called corporate and they were not able to get through either November 13th - Finally talked to someone else who also said manager was not available. Guaranteed me they would call the next day around 1pm November 14th - No call November 17th - Called again. Phone continued to ring and no one answered. Chargeback submitted. Tired of running around with them

    We always go and eat at the Greenvile Ave location near Presbyterian Hospital and today they served the Santorini bowl with very small amount of shredded chicken instead of chopped as what it shows on the menu ! Went to make them aware and they said that’s their chop chicken !!! —- Not consistent of the quality and what is specified on their menu they advertise and to what they serve . Their employee should know the difference between a chopped and shredded as both of the employees I talked to both said that is their chopped chicken.
