Dear Jimmy John’s please update your hours of operation online. You are near several hospitals where people have limited options and off of major intersections. The last thing someone wants to do is go to all 3 locations for them to all close at 9pm and not 10pm. And each location saying the other location is open until 10pm. Very frustrating.

Love the company, however the owner of this particular location (Jay) discriminates against those on the AuDHD spectrum and but for the friendly employees would have given just 1 star.
Don't respond to this asking me to contact you directly because you know that I've done that to no avail.
Also, I've read others' reviews subsequently responded to allegedly by the "owner" but the response says they want to share the review with the owner so, who's actually responding??

I had a very concerning experience at this Jimmy John’s location. When I pulled into the drive-thru with my children, the employee taking my order was audibly frustrated the entire time I was ordering. She was huffing and puffing the entire time and she also sighed so loudly and was very dismissive.
I asked to speak with a manager, and she then told me she was the manager but did so while raising her voice at me. This is the 2nd time within a week this happened and decided to speak up the 2nd time. The situation escalated to the point where she leaned halfway out of the drive-thru window and aggressively told me to “pull up,” which was clearly an attempt to start a confrontation after screaming at me the entire time. At the end she did not help me. This behavior was extremely unprofessional, intimidating, and unacceptable — especially with customers, and especially with children present.
I normally enjoy Jimmy John’s, but this experience left me shocked and uncomfortable. I strongly encourage upper management to review the conduct at this location, as no customer should ever feel threatened when simply trying to order food especially if this is a “manager” leading the location.
