I was in a rush to go visit someone, and needed to pick up a quick bite. I walk in and stand there for 5 minutes and no one was in the store… no worker at all. I went back to my car looked for another place and as soon as I was about to leave the worker came back from a different restaurant. So I walked back in and order.
Over all bad experience, a restaurant should never be unattended.

This place is usually great but the last few times I’ve been picking up lunch here there’s only been one guy in the whole store taking orders and making the sandwiches. He’s doing a great job but he needs help.

I put in a catering order 3 days ago and went to pick it up today at the window time I selected and the store was closed. They could have at least notified me beforehand they wouldn’t be open so I don’t have to figure out our team lunch last minute. I usually order from JJ’s once a month for my team but will be changing to something else going forward.
