  This place is so badly managed it’s stunning. Takes well over an hour and you still won’t have your order. And they just can’t handle the volume. Avoid at all costs!

  Jimmy John’s always delivers (literally), but today’s experience was next level thanks to their amazing delivery driver, Cole! He was incredibly friendly, right on time, and made sure my order was perfect down to the last detail. It’s rare to get someone who’s not only professional but genuinely upbeat — his positive attitude made my day. The sandwich was fresh, the delivery was lightning fast, and the service couldn’t have been better. Huge shoutout to him for representing Jimmy John’s so well — 10/10 experience!

  I order delivery often and it varies in time and can take far too long. Today i waited two hours, called three times, and it still never came. ETA: I contacted in response to the below message and never heard from anyone. No idea if they ever even credited my card.

  I have ordered delivery multiple times from this location and every time the food has arrived late. Planning for that, I placed an online order today at 10am for delivery at 12:15pm. I called the store at 1pm to check on the order and they had not even started making the food. I was told they were “very busy”. I will never order from this location again.
