  Love the food and the location is close to home, but I scheduled a recent pickup order, and they were 15 minutes behind their window. I was watching new orders being taken and made after asking for my pickup. NOT freaky fast.

  It was my first time here, I wasn't very happy with the customer service... And when I got my sandwich to eat it the bread smell funny... It did not taste fresh at all... The lady working at making sandwiches and register (young black lady with braids)... Was very funny acting, she was nice to some people but not all the people... So I just ate part of my sandwich and through the other part in the trash and left... Needless to say I won't be eating here again... The lady should treat everyone with dignity and respect, not just the one she chooses to..

  This place is so badly managed it’s stunning. Takes well over an hour and you still won’t have your order. And they just can’t handle the volume. Avoid at all costs!

  Jimmy John’s always delivers (literally), but today’s experience was next level thanks to their amazing delivery driver, Cole! He was incredibly friendly, right on time, and made sure my order was perfect down to the last detail. It’s rare to get someone who’s not only professional but genuinely upbeat — his positive attitude made my day. The sandwich was fresh, the delivery was lightning fast, and the service couldn’t have been better. Huge shoutout to him for representing Jimmy John’s so well — 10/10 experience!
