  I ordered Italian hot sandwich, regular size and a young lady who looks like about 19 years old. Ask me are you gonna eat all that? And she said it several times and I couldn’t understand why and shocked why would she say something like that? It’s just a normal sandwich regular size nothing unusual. The food is good but very very unprofessional.

  I had never been to a bad Jimmy John's before so I didnt believe all the bad reviews. Boy was I wrong. I came in on a Thursday at 3pm. It was me and two other customers trying to get sandwiches. There were 2 workers in the shop but the man working was doing something on a iPad, training I guess. So the one other worker was trying to take orders and make food at the same time, and she was doing admirably all things considered. The place was uncomfortably warm too. I wouldn't guess the ac was broken but it was definitely set too high.

  This girl, rolled her eyes and looked at me out the side of her neck like I was the biggest idiot for asking for extra vegetables like 6 times. I have never been more disrespected by an employee at a Jimmy John's. I drove all the way here out of my way, and I will never come back. The music was so loud I couldn't even hear her tell me my total. If I didn't already love Jimmy John's, I would not go to any of them after this. I'm completely disgusted by her attitude.
