  This girl, rolled her eyes and looked at me out the side of her neck like I was the biggest idiot for asking for extra vegetables like 6 times. I have never been more disrespected by an employee at a Jimmy John's. I drove all the way here out of my way, and I will never come back. The music was so loud I couldn't even hear her tell me my total. If I didn't already love Jimmy John's, I would not go to any of them after this. I'm completely disgusted by her attitude.

  Burnt bread. Barstools were all upside down on the tables during lunch rush at 1:00P.M. Worst part was I asked for a new piece of bread and they refused to give me WHITE bread; not brown rubber crusty bread. The cashier relayed the message that the bread is brown and I wanted new bread and he said I would have to pay for the bread or a new sandwich and that he wasn’t making me one again for free either. I replied just as rudely as it was to say that with a response I DID NOT ASK FOR A NEW SANDWICH; I asked for a piece of non-cardboard bread. He said he was going to kick us out for “yelling” when really he has a bad case of fragile masculinity and zero customer service skills.

  Delivery driver went above and beyond to bring my order. I didn’t catch her name but she is amazing.

  Slowest service ever. I go there because it is fast. Two times in a row the same employee thinks it is much more important to stand and talk to the other employee than wait on guests. I was not even greeted. I'm a restaurant manager and this is unacceptable. The 2nd time I left and went across the street to Potbelly. Great decision. Fast friendly service that will now be my go to.

  We live 2 miles away from them and they wont deliver. Dumb Freaky fast....but you have to pick it up yourself
