  Terrible customer service. The employees always seem annoyed and never say a word. Very awkward.

  Went to pick up an order, manager said they were out of bread, it would be 20 minutes. Waited 20 minutes and some woman told me it would be another 30-40 minutes before bread was ready and proceeded to argue and talk smack about me when I walked off. Don’t waste your time they’re rude and can’t even bake bread apparently How do you run out of bread and that’s literally all you sell is sandwiches

  Went there got 3 sandwiches. Staff was super kind. We made a mess with our toddler, and they still, we're very nice to us. Made us feel very comfortable.

  Sadie & her crew are so professional, proficient with excellence food & vibes. I'm not a sandwich girl but my Bootlegger Club is delicious; Matthew's Spicy East Coast Italian is great. We ordered an Italian Nightclub for my daughter and grandson which they are enjoying as well. The sodas taste fresh. The restroom was clean. This is a great overall experience.

  Sadie May is an awesome manager and host. She made the experience of great Jimmy Johns sandwiches even better by welcoming us as we walked in the door. She was actually standing at the door talking to another very happy customer walking to his car when I was walking in. I ordered my staple spicy East Coast Italian along with my lady’s Bootlegger Club. We’re gonna go out of our way to hit this Jimmy Johns in the future. …
