    By far the worst customer service out of any JJ’s location I’ve ever been to. Waited 10 minutes, never even had my order taken, the delivery driver kid who worked there walked right up in front of me and ordered not 30 seconds after the other genius at the register said he wasn’t ready yet. At that point I just left. 4 employees in that store and I couldn’t even order. Will never return to that store. If I could give 0 stars I would. Also, the entire place smelled like a gas station bathroom.

    Can the employees be any less motivated? I could barely hear the clerk talk. The two employees made me and my wife feel like we were a bother. I guess business isn’t welcome. Sandwich looked lackluster. I’ll never come to this location again. It was my first time too. Felt uneasy seeing one of the employees sneezing too.

    Just ordered a sandwich and they brought one with mayo no bacon and no drink. I spent $21 dollars for this. Called and the manager says they can give me 3 dollars store credit! Not even refund me and then told me I was “making things up” because she saw the sandwich get made. I def know what bacon and a drink looks like and would love to have a half of what I ordered. Avoid this place they’ve been getting bad reviews for years and it’s obvious why. You’d thing you could at least get customer service right.

    Ever since management changed they scrimp on main ingredients. Like they don't give you what you paid for and refuse to return your order when they leave out key ingredients.
