  I waited an hour for the worker to come from their "bathroom break" and yes they had a sign that said that. Just to be told they can't make my acai bowl and that they were only making smoothies for the rest of the night because they were about to close when it was literally 30 minutes from them closing. You're telling me you couldn't blend the acai base and throw toppings on there real quick me and my friend were the only 2 people at the stall? Worst customer service ever😐

  I frequent Jamba Juice often and this is my favorite location because of excellent service. The manager, Shai and all the various employees are friendly, professional, and hospitable. Awesome staff and food!

  The workers at this location inside of the galleria mall lacked so much class. I walked up to the register to place orders for 2 of my daughters. The worker at the cash register did not acknowledge me because she had her phone out watching what looked like a football game along with the other workers. I stood there for a couple of seconds until she finally looked up at me. She seemed to be in a rush to get back to watching the game on her phone so I left instead. I took my kids to Marble Slab instead.

  went to order here an acai bowl and and they definetly had them we come here often we were deciding on what to gwt and the darker skined bigger lady with short hair have us attidude right off the rip,and was really rude told us you either irder or dont and when i said i was gonna order she started taking the order very rudley then decided to say you know what theres no acai bowls and didnt take the order if i could give a 0 i would its very unprofesional.
