  The workers at this location inside of the galleria mall lacked so much class. I walked up to the register to place orders for 2 of my daughters. The worker at the cash register did not acknowledge me because she had her phone out watching what looked like a football game along with the other workers. I stood there for a couple of seconds until she finally looked up at me. She seemed to be in a rush to get back to watching the game on her phone so I left instead. I took my kids to Marble Slab instead.

  Staff here is so arrogant, that they dont even respond to the customers with courtesy.

  went to order here an acai bowl and and they definetly had them we come here often we were deciding on what to gwt and the darker skined bigger lady with short hair have us attidude right off the rip,and was really rude told us you either irder or dont and when i said i was gonna order she started taking the order very rudley then decided to say you know what theres no acai bowls and didnt take the order if i could give a 0 i would its very unprofesional.

  Why there menu price different from price they actually charged me? I asked and cashier, lady says menu price wrong and that's it. No explanations before ordering...not a well run business.

  I'm a huge fan of Jamba Juice. I go often and this location is prime however the customer service here is super inconsistent, you never know what you're going to get. Today I tried to order on the app which told me the location wasn't able to support credit cards, so then I went to the location to order in person where they denied me service because they were behind on many orders at the time. I wasn't given the option to wait or return at a later hour or anything. Now I have been to this location before after successfully ordering online, and receiving a 7min eta but post 7 mins, when I arrived, I was told I'd have to wait at least 15 mins for my drink. Which was time I didnt have that day (hencing the ordering online) and the guy told me he couldn't give me a refund. So I dont know which scenario is better but like I said, you never know what you will get.
