Sorry to write this for one of my favorite restaurants but I had to. We come here every week for dinner. Last night I called for 2 hours no one answered the phone. So when we arrived I explain to the 4 guys , manager & asst. manager standing at the front door. If they could help out and not have to wait 45 min for a table because I’ve been calling. I even showed them my phone and said look here see for yourself. Manager “said we’re too busy to answer calls!” And walked away. I asked the front girls yall can’t do anything? She said no it’s 45 min. We go to restaurants every weekend and never been dismissed like this before…. Specially we been regulars. I think regional manager need to take a look how your manager approach a situation like this before they lose loyal customers. We love the food! The waitress was great! Poor management. Answer the phone ! They have 4 girls the hostess counter and 2 managers….. Rude!

It was a delightful lunch. I picked the restaurant for a party that included a sophisticated, well-traveled couple from Sac Francisco and less glamorous relatives & friends of theirs living in Dallas. Gloria’s satisfied all tastes and appetites because the menu is broad, the food is fresh and well prepared. The service is just beautiful. All that at modest prices. And the place is lovely to be in.

Glorias serve some tasty Latin American food plus a huge range of margaritas to drink. Visiting from Australia I was struck by the choice in margaritas. The service was friendly and helpful, but I still can't get used to the culture of tipping.

The combo fajitas are perfectly cooked. The queso is awesome. The salsa and bean dip are both tasty as well. I had a big perfectly blended pina colada too, and it was only 10 bucks.. it was a good size! I need to come back for more soon!

We eat here quite regularly, but our last meal was very disappointing. Three of us at the table ordered a meal with chicken, and it was so dry, very difficult to cut, and just not worth eating. The waitress never checked in on us, but when she finally picked up our almost uneaten plates, I told her of our disappointment, and her response was, "Yeah, another table said the same thing". I really thought the manager would come over and apologize at a minimum or maybe even offer to comp part of the meal, but nothing...I was disappointed to say the least.
