  My husband and I really wanted to like this place. We are looking for a new lil grab a quick bite to eat spot. Well my husband was really excited after seeing a Facebook advertisement. I was like I dunno let’s give it a try. I ordered a 6 piece bone-in wing with onion rings and koolaid and he ordered a Philly cheesesteak with fries and a lemonade. We placed our order online. When he arrived to pick it up (25 min after placing our order) they told him it wasn’t ready yet. Cool. The gentleman at the front was very rude when we first went in. No hi, no welcome, the first thing out of his both was are you here for u er eats. No here to pick up an order. Well it isn’t ready yet. Have you paid already? Yes we paid online when we ordered. Okay well you can wait it isn’t ready yet. Fine my husband comes back and sits in the car. 15 min passes and we both get notifications that our food is ready. I received it via the app and he received it via text. He goes back in and the gentleman again very rude tells him I told you it isn’t ready yet. My husband lets him know we received notification that it is ready. No it is t ready. Cool my husband comes back very frustrated. We finally get our food. They forgot to give us the lemonade. I was too frustrated to go back when we realized this because all I could smell was something burnt. I open my husbands food and his was good. For the 45 min wait I expected the fries to be fresh and crispy…. They were not. The cheesesteak was okay. Koolaid watered down. My onion rings were perfect but the burnt food that I was smelling was the wings. The grease they were cooked in was burnt obviously. So of course that gave the wings a burnt flavor and smell. I was able to eat two of the 6. But I couldn’t stomach to eat any more. So unfortunately we will not be returning. Maybe we could give them another try in the future but as of right now it is a big no for me

  First time visitors. We came early Sunday around 11:30am. No lines ordered at the kiosk. Food came out within like 10-15min. The employee at the front was friendly and the food was awesome. We will be back. I forgot to take a picture of the Philly cheesesteak I had and it was very good with plenty of meat.

  Burger was on point. Fries were good as well. However, the wings...mainly the Nashville were not good. I'm not a fan of my wings being fried hard and all the wings were fried hard and the sauce on the Nashville made them taste burnt. Also, taste like everything is fried in the same grease...but could just be me. Nice hood spot but won't be going back.

  This was the MOST DISAPPOINTING lunch!! We ordered 3 Monday smash burger special meals and NONE were edible. Burnt to a crisp! Even the bun was crispy & completely burnt. The Owner had just been here had this location man i wish he would've hung around to see what a terrible cook he has. I would never recommend this place. My ph# was on my order so I hope the owner reaches out so I can send him a picture of what was served.

  the food wasn’t bad. the reason for my low rating is because we (two of us) waited in store for one hour and 30 minutes!! it was absolutely insane to wait this long with no heads up, no additional service offerings, just blindly waiting for food. people who ordered after us even received their food before us. there was definitely an evening rush, but no one should have to wait this long for a simple order of food and definitely not without an estimated expectation of how long it would take. on top of that, when we received our food only the mac & cheese bites were hot; not our main entrees. so clearly our food had been sitting in the kitchen for a while. something in the kitchen and/or logistics process must change so people don’t have to waste their money and entire friday evening waiting for a regular meal.
