- GHGerardo HernandezFeb 19, 20261.0Their soda machine ran out of ice on both machines, also when you press the button for soda to come out, there is black goo that comes out. I asked the manager to put ice on the machines , he never did. So I paid for a large drink & tipped. I walked out with no drink & just a burger. Not a good experience & won't be returning here. If you want a good experience, please dont come here. This happened on February 19th @10pm. Poor poor service. You can tell the employees dont care about anything but to get your food & get you out of there. They close at 12am. I asked if they planned on putting ice on the 2 machines. They said no... So for 2hrs your just not going to have ice for customers? This place needs a major change in staff & customer service. I can have the health administration come here & rate it a c- just alone for the black goo that comes out the machines. I assume they dont want to spend money on cleaning & servicing the soda machines, so they just let the customers suffer with the dirty machines... This place will be reported to health & food services.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
