When I got to this location on Mockingbird I spoke with the nicest Broista named Sarah J, I explained to her the situation and she said I had nothing to worry about that it was a common mistake. She upgraded my drink from a medium to a large to make up for the inconvenience. Her service was awesome! I was having a bad start to my morning and she definitely made my day so much better! Shout out to her!

I always order a drink, a sweet treat, and 3 pup cups. This time the young guy who did my dogs pup cups barely put any whipped cream in them. Like, the bottom of the pup cup wasn't even covered. I know the pup cups are free, which is why I always tip on my order. I always post and brag how great y'all's pup cups are the best compared to Starbucks and the other places that offer them. I was really disappointed this time around.

It’s a joke here. And then wanted a refund and the guy said I can’t give you a refund but I can give you gift cards. Like I want to come back and deal with this joke of an establishment. For a place that sells coffee, you would think there would be some urgency in the morning for people who have to work. I don’t mind waiting but half an hour for coffee is ridiculous. I will just go to Starbucks next time

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
