- AJAnonymous J5 days ago1.0I was picking up a doordash order when I said hello I am picking up the order for a customer(name). Cena the supervisor responded very hostile and said it Ain’t ready!! I then informed her I was here the day before and I seen how she responded to other customers, drivers and Me again very Rude and angry. She became offended and started talking amongst her coworkers on the shift loudly about me in front of other customers. She then stated she would call the police? Not sure why as I was simply waiting for a customer order. Then called the store manager after I requested for the store manager name and number to make a formal complaint about her poor customer service/ interaction with speaking to customers and drivers . The Store manager Aretha stated she would talk to Cena the (Sup). I believe that this store is ran under poor management and lack of customer satisfaction. Definitely will not return for personal orders as I felt very unsafe.

- LWLatishia WatsonNov 6, 20251.0This was my 2nd time at this location. I was there 11/06/2025 early morning. I was not greeted by the cashier, she just look at me and said "Yes?" I brushed that off and continued to order and I guess SHE got offended by the expression on my face. She was also trying to tell me how to order MY drink. "It won't be good with that or this" etc the same drink I've always ordered and how I like it. I then watched her pick thru and pick the smallest apple fritter they had to serve me. Next, the African American female manager with the little afro is extremely rude and unprofessional. She was rude the 1st time I came in also. I asked for no ice in my iced coffee but I didn't realize it wasn't on the receipt until after my drink was made. The nice young handed it to the manager to be remade with no ice, she says "It ain't on the receipt for no ice" I watched her skip my drink on purpose to intentionally make me wait to get the correct drink I asked for!!! The other African American young lady with the nose piercing was extremely nice tho 🫶

They actually look like they have fun with what they do and enjoy working. It’s a fun change of pace!
