- KHKristen HarrisJan 31, 20261.0I was there yesterday, no one greeted me after standing there for over 3 minutes, I was the only customer inside , then when someone finally did help me I asked what were the ingredients in the drink I was going to purchase, he was clueless and looked at me like I was stupid, so after I decided what to get as I’m waiting a dam roach was crawling all over the counter . The store was filthy and the workers all had attitudes, so I asked for a refund.. this is the WORST LOCATION I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!!! STARBUCKS FOR THE WIN… I left there and went not even a mile down the road to Starbucks where everything was GREAT!!

The young male was in training per manager right behind him. He was friendly and smiling during our visit. Our iced coffees lacked sugar but we corrected it at home. Again, young male was in training. We will go back again!
